When I first showed up to wait at 11:45, I was told that the birthday on my insurance was wrong. They said they would refuse to see me until I fixed it. I then spent over an hour on the phone with my insurance only to be told, there was nothing wrong with my birthday, and they do not know what was going on with the urgent care system. Everyone I dealt with listen to me that don't happen in the emergency room. Yeah but then the culture came back from my UA and they change the antibiotic on me the doctor only prescribed for capitals of the new antibiotic I tried to get him to fix it so it should have been 14 capsules but they didn't fix it so I'm not happy with that cuz I'm out of the antibiotics, it was a simple sex but they just refused to do it, which is crazy with an antibiotic my self probably not going to go back to her again.

What a wonderful experience at this Coburg BestMed location. I made an online appt for 4 and was in and out by 5:20. The care I received from Ryan, Haki, Tommy and Cameron was excellent. They were professional, efficient, kind and got me diagnosed and the medication called in asap. Love this place.. they all deserve a raise
