Employees Daniela & Meghan helped me from the very first call and followed through on everything from start to finish. My mom received her perfect hospital bed, was assembled by a very efficient driver. I called other places, no comparison, beds not up to par. I called this morning because I am having issues with the mask. I spoke to Ms. Magen and I explained my issue. She understood and was extremely helpful in guiding me towards a solution. Maegan was very professional, and showed true concern for resolving my issues. Your company is blessed to have a diligent employee. Magen cares about your patients and it shows. I was very happy that I spoke to a knowledgeable and caring person to help resolve my issues.
