Jordan Montes fitted me for my mask for my Apap devise. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He answered every question and was very professional.
Terrible customer service. I've been calling for over two weeks to get a mask replaced and it's been impossible to get through. I've left five voicemails and they still haven't returned my call.
