We love Prime Care. They are always so great and always try to fit you in, even if it is last minute. I recommend them to everyone! My daughter sees Karen Saunders and she is amazing and I see Takara Jackson and she is amazing as well. All the staff is so professional and kind!
We just switched over to this office last month and I am so glad we did! They have been wonderful with squeezing us in when my youngest is sick. The staff is so nice and goes above and beyond to help. Karen Saunders is the best pediatrician we've had, I can tell she genuinely cares for my boys and wants to help. I don't feel silly for being worried or asking questions. I left my old doctors office for this one here and I am so very glad that I did. Dr.Jackson listen to my needs and executed 100%. The staff from the front door and phone are amazing!
I can no longer recommend this doctor's office, not when my mother is incessantly harassed over a bill that she's currently making payments on. Even had the nerve to send her to collections!
