The best housing management I've ever had. The housing staff sent an employee to fix my heater in the middle of the night. Close to campus, ample parking spaces for residents, great location for gameday tailgates.
Great management is the main reason I resigned with Prime Campus housing. They go above and beyond to make sure everything works well and they take good care of their residents. The apartments themselves are quite spacious and very comfortable. Lots of variety to choose from with regards to floorplans. You can tell that these apartments are not brand new, but they are well taken care of. Pricing is reasonable and its an easy walk to campus. I wish I lived here for my previous years at UT.
We renewed our lease to live here because this place is awesome. It is affordable and a perfect distance from campus. I recommend Prime Campus Housing UTK to anyone looking for a place near campus with a great staff at an affordable price.
Great price and helpful staff for repairs and such. I recommend the Bridgeport apartments to any UT students as our 3 Br/ 3 Ba is way larger, less expensive, and facilitates more freedom than a dorm.

This will be my 3rd year here, and I absolutely LOVE it! It's the perfect amount of space for a college apartment, and the price is very fair. Best deal I could find within walking distance of UT! The staff is amazing and are always willing to help with anything. I would recommend to anyone :]
This is an awesome place to live! I've been here for a year now and I've had a great experience. The apartments are small (about average for the Fort) but the location is perfect for students and the staff is amazing. Kim (the manager) does a great job running the place, and the maintenance guys are usually around and always really helpful. Definitely recommend!
