I've been seeing Natalie for months now. Thanks to her help, I was able to find the source of a guarded muscles due to my own excessive training at the gym. Getting those areas relaxed and stretching and corrected training, my breathing has improved, my strength has improved and I have the proper direction to further improve my health and quality of life.
