Never fixes people’s cars on time
Amazing local shop— Lucky was able to help me out as soon as I pulled up and got me out of there so quick. Highly recommend!
It was the worst service. We have placed our car on April 23 and it finished July 18. There was no information from their side, every time we called them only “still waiting for part, next week I promise it will be ready”. They keep saying the same thing for 3 months but it was absolute lies. Me and my friend even tried to go there but they refused to show our car with so many reason. -zero stars! Beware! This is my second visit, my first visit a year in a Half ago was professional and great service. On March 15, 2025 I was in an accident and took my vehicle back to Prime thinking they would take care of me again, Not!! My car is still there with minimal to no work being done. I paid in full over 8,000 and all I heard is waiting on parts, and they put me in a rental with Hertz & Enterprise and they lied and was not paying and now I'm on a permanent Do NOT Rent with 6 rental companies.
