extremely rude staff! yes it was busy; however, when you have email correspondence and it is known you are coming in, perhaps don’t act like it’s such an inconvenience. Another helpful hint, when questions are asked, do not reply with “ I don’t know what to tell you, go find a cheaper vehicle on the lot “. I should thank you though. Your nastiness prompted me to go elsewhere ( to a reputable dealership where customer service exists) and purchase a clean, newer, (and -gasp!)More expensive vehicle.
I have been looking for a CTS coupe for awhile. Called Gabe on Friday for availability which he said he still had the two. I drive up to see them and loved the first one! Was one of the easiest transactions ever! Love the bow picture at the end! Thanks Gabe!
