My experience with Prime Auto Collision Center was GREAT! Imad is very trustworthy and super accommodating. He fixed my car right away, so it didn't sit in his shop for days. The quality of the work was fantastic, and he made sure he communicated with me and the insurance and went above and beyond to get everything fixed. Highly recommend, I am with Prime Auto Collision Center for many years and several accidents. The owner Mr. Imad is very honest and reliable. He tells you how he will handle your situation. If there are issues with the car insurance he will follow up with them no matter how many times it takes. In my last accident we dealt with an insurance company that would confirm ridicules low estimates and not respond for weeks. Mr. Imads team kept calling them and following up till we got everything approved and fixed. Thank you
