If I could give negative 1000 stars I would. Their development is atrocious. Full of weeds and garbage they don’t take care of. But if you are hard working and just trying to live they will cite you for EVERYTHING and rack up those $100 fines. They are completely useless and I would NEVER ever suggest moving into any new home or rental that uses them. If you hear their name run the opposite direction. Great company! Awesome customer service & very flexible! Nice people who know how to talk treat others well! Love the energy & great attitude!
Would give them negative stars if I could. Worst HOA I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Sends constant notices for the most stupid, minuscule things but won't get the gate closed or put cameras in the mail room so the mail doesn't get stolen almost every night. Hot tub was broken for weeks and it took multiple calls to get it fixed. The emergency line for after hours or holidays is no help, they literally cannot find my community in their system and therefore are useless during an emergency. The staff are rude an... read more
This HOA is Horrible all they do is send you notifications. They do mot help the owners of the houses, they have very bad customer service, very rude. I would not recommend this HOA. That's why they have 2 stars i guess im not the only one
