Prime Association Services is a glaring example of how HOA management can go terribly wrong. For $280 a month, our community receives shockingly poor service. Despite the exorbitant $40,000 monthly expenditure on "landscaping," our neighborhood is choked with weeds, trash cans are overflowing, and our walls and park areas get tagged up. Poor management all around. If you have any claim, make sure you bring legal counsel if you expect any sort of payment or resolution. This is a different level of community extortion. Do not work with anyone at this organization. It is a total scam for residents in your community. VNG’s BoD should be ashamed the way they treat residents in our community.
Incompetent management. KB needs to reassign their new home communities to a different firm
Billing fraud continues to be committed with no remedy. If you are a homeowner, review your statements carefully. Whether you autopay or not, delinquency fees are added. Billing is inconsistent: different amount an different date of every month.
The first time I submitted a home improvement application was enough to let me know just how horrendous their services are. You have to drag the information out of them. And if you don't ask the right questions for information that should be provided, they make it sound like "you should have known". They sent tickets to you within a few days that an "issue" is spotted but if you ask them to take care of the landscape they should be attending, it goes untouched for weeks.
