This company was selected by the builder of our community to serve as the property management company. While several homeowners in our community had issues with both Brooke and the owner Shelley, my personal experience is this. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Especially the San Diego division. In my community we pay up to $6000 a month in a mortgage only to be told we cannot park in the parking spots outside of our houses. We are getting towed right and left and now forced to park on the street and our cars are being ransacked and broken into. There are literally DOZENS of open parking spots that we cant use. They are treating us like we live in an apartment complex. You should all be ashamed of yourselves

This is the worst company! All of these new reviews are LIES! It looks like they were purposely done to try to boost their rating.. they harass us home owners CONSTANTLY about EVERYTHING while the common areas constantly have weeds.. we were fined for not giving notice of completion in time but we were told in writing (we have proof) that we had a year to complete the work and we sent the paperwork via mail and email to state it was completed before that date and they still fined us 2x for the same thing (not informing in ti... read more
