Services were not great
This company was selected by the builder of our community to serve as the property management company. While several homeowners in our community had issues with both Brooke and the owner Shelley, my personal experience is this. As a member of the community recreation committee, we notified prime that we were hosting an event in our community clubhouse on December 14, 2024. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Especially the San Diego division. In my community we pay up to $6000 a month in a mortgage only to be told we cannot park in the parking spots outside of our houses. We are getting towed right and left and now forced to park on the street and our cars are being ransacked and broken into. There are literally DOZENS of open parking spots that we cant use. They are treating us like we live in an apartment complex. You should all be ashamed of yourselves
