Complete trash. Will fine you for having your trash cans in the front yard for one day while you are clearly getting preapproved concrete poured in your backyard. Meanwhile two of your neighbors will have had Christmas lights up for the past year or a broken treadmill in the front yard but nothing will be done about that. If you have autopay, stand by. Services were not great
This company was selected by the builder of our community to serve as the property management company. While several homeowners in our community had issues with both Brooke and the owner Shelley, my personal experience is this. As a member of the community recreation committee, we notified prime that we were hosting an event in our community clubhouse on December 14, 2024.
