DO NOT EVER RENT FROM ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES! you will never receive your down payment back and the property managers are so unprofessional! At one point I was showering and the property manager had let him self in with his master key. The property was never maintained, I had a hole in my roof in which you could literally see the sky through and the property manager gave me spray foam to seal it then never had it repaired. Stay Away!!! Do not live anywhere these incompetent slum lords "manage". They do not perform any maintenance and the places are in complete disrepair with nasty trash everywhere. The worst part is they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails, and when my roommate and I gave our move out notice it was never accepted and sent to collections. These guys are the worst of the worst, stay far away!
