I was told that I needed to replace a dryer vent and it would cost upwards of 500.00...So, I asked Prime Air to come out and look at my situation. I used them in the past, and they seemed okay. The guys told me about the dryer vent, how to maintain it, and what to look out for when it's ready to be replaced. The bottom-line recommendation was NOT to replace the filter. Thus, saving me a lot of money. They have just earned my business going forward!
Primary Conditioning installed our brand-new system in June 2024. Initially, we were very happy with the work and believed everything was done correctly. However, when we needed heat, we discovered it wasn’t working. We contacted their office, and they sent a technician who seemed inexperienced. Driver just cut me off at the entrance to 95 on Atlantic in Delray Beach. Big bearded guy. No blinker, cut over at the last minute. If their repair skills are anything like their driving skills I'd stay away.
