We recently sold our house in Urangan, Stacey handled this sale and went above and beyond to deal with a very difficult buyer. She is a credit to this agency, and I cannot recommend this agency highly enough. shame this only five stars to give a rating Thank you, Stacey you made this sale a breeze for us but went through hell.
Ash was very helpful and easy to deal with from the start. We had an issue with the property that put some buyers off, but Ash worked very hard to explain to buyers that it was incorrect documentation from the council and not a real issue, which lead to the sale of the property at a good price given the market pressures.
We recently purchased through PRIME Real Estate. We were very impressed with Tanya's professionalism, kindness and the way she engaged with my husband and I. Lauren was also very good and there were a couple of concerns with keys that were swiftly remedied. Lauren's mind moves quickly and sometimes it took a while for my hubby and I to keep up. Tanya by the same token always showed us the patience we required and her calm nature and honesty was just what we needed to experience in purchasing this property.
Team Lauren were professional and knowledgeable. Communicating throughout the selling process, we were able to sell quickly with great results.
Ash from Prime Agents Hervey Bay recently Sold our house at Wondunna. The whole experience from start to finish was a friendly and professional experience. His attention to our needs and wishes was first rate. His compassion and concern about working around the tenant who was in the property was great to witness. If you are looking for an Honest and genuinely caring agent Ash Heckels is your guy. His amazing assistant agent Heather is also an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks again.
