Great experience at Prime- Aesthetica! Maida was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. I had lower face ultherapy and can't wait to see my results in a few months.

I’ve had several visits with Maida for microdermabrasion & microneedling. She explained the procedures & always made sure I was comfortable. My skin texture has definitely improved. Brittany at the front desk is courteous & calls to make sure I know when my next appointment is.
This is a great spa for treatments, the staff is great and very knowledgeable! Try it you will love it!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had with an aesthetic center. I will never use Groupon again because of this place. Even with Groupon I still spent over$700 so it wasn’t cheap. My first appointment the laser didn’t even work and I had to reschedule- after taking off from work. I was left bruised for a week and it was extremely painful even after numbing- which ALSO costs extra. Any other reputable center always provides numbing with their services at no additional cost.
