Wagyu Filet hands down the best! Wanted to get the Kansas Strip aged for 39 days. Next time. They have a very friendly staff. Will go back again.
Great food, great service. Y'all come! Staff is knowledgeable and can answer any question about menu or wine.
The head chef Oscar was amazing the food was out of this world and the service was exceptional. Anytime I need a steak in Carmel I will definitely enjoy a bottle of Caymus and a big ribeye at Prime 47 .
