They fix my problem and am happy l called them. We just started seeing mice droppings in our kitchen and basement. Nothing like this has happened before ever since we bought our house. After calling around we settle on this company because of their good price and their immediate responds. its been a months now and am surprised we haven't seen any droppings yet and i like how Richie sealed all possible entering point that really works.
Great job done. They came yesterday and this morning 3 mice are found on the traps. I called them to remove the live mice on the traps and they just left here . Fast service and affordable. I’m satisfied
EXCELLENT service provided by this company and they were prompt to respond to our emergency need. They really deserve more than five star . Our back door was opening and a rat came into the basement trying to find its way out. OMG...we all get out of the house and my daughter promise not to come back to the house. Kofi and his team responded when we called and immediately trap the rat inside and caught it. That gave us much peace. They a lot of traps and sprayed outside to repel all rodents. Good Job
Whatever you do, DO NOT use Primax Pest Control services. It is some of the WORST service I have ever received. About a month ago, they charged us $200 to exterminate our kitchen. We made an appointment for 9:30am and they showed up at 1. When we were still seeing bugs we called back and they said "Oh, yeah, they will slowly die. Give it time."
