I had a complete, first-time clean last week from Primavera and was so impressed and highly satisfied by the immaculate results, top to bottom. Ines came in and set to work immediately, not even wanting to chat. I was also impressed that Krisia, the owner, came over and looked at the house and gave me a written estimate so that I knew ahead of time what would be charged. We have been so happy with Primavera Cleaning. As working parents of a toddler, we don't have the time to keep up with housework. It is so nice to come home from work to a clean house that looks and smells great! The cleaning technician goes out of her way to straighten things up, and she is always timely and professional. Primavera Cleaning is affordable, and they always make sure their customers are satisfied.
Great customer service & phenomenal work. They responded quickly to our request and were able to get us on a calendar for cleanings every 4 weeks. We just had our first cleaning and are very impressed. I thought I did a good job keeping our house clean but their work puts my cleaning skills to shame ;)
Primavera hit a homerun. We had our first cleaning done last week. Ines, our cleaning lady, worked tirelessly, with great expertise and thoroughness. She gave attention to detail and went the extra mile. Our place has never been this clean. Primavera is worth every dollar.
Had our first cleaning with Primavera. Came home from a busy day at work and it was such a great feeling to walk into a clean house. Loved all the small details. Even the toilet paper was folded, like they do at hotels. Money well spent!
We needed to have a deep cleaning. Life had gotten in the way and while we were able to keep ahead of the worst of the dust and pup hair, we needed help. The young lady who showed up - showed up to work and did a _fantastic_ job. She had absolutely no problems with being followed around ('supervised') by a very large lab as she worked either. We will definitely use the service again. We are hoping we will get lucky and get the same young lady.
