NP Ladd has been awesome for my family's healthcare needs. She is very patient, listens, and provides genuine care!! The staff in the office are very welcoming and no wait time!

P Ladd was not prepared for a Covid discussion, and had never heard of the paxLovid medication and for an hour and 20 minutes read to me about the medication with the results of her declining doing anything without advice from the doctor. I was very disappointed and in fact when the doctor contacted my medication company at CVS Caremark they did not carry the medication and canceled the request so I’ve had Covid for over two weeks and have received no paxLovid medication.
She was so helpful and truly concerned about my care! I’m so sorry that she is leaving!!
