They were AMAZING! I had 2 trees right next to my house that needed to come out. Matt scaled the tree, secured it and the crane lifted them right out. - it didn't even tip a bit picking it up...they're really great at what they do. They were organized and efficient , the ground crew cleaned up everything and somehow the plywood they put down kept the crane from sinking into my grass. They are amazing climbers and do highly professional work!
Our neighbor needed a tree removed from there yard and Primate needed access through our yard to complete the service. I agreed to help my neighbor and allow Primate to use my yard to access and remove the tree. After they left and I returned from work I found my backyard grass to be torn up from the machinery they used. Of course they didn’t do anything to remedy what they destroyed and left without even a note. We had Primate Tree Care take down two trees for us. They were absolutely wonderful. They were on time, very efficient workers and the cleanup was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys for an awesome job!!
Primate Tree Care recently removed a bunch of elms, scrap maples, and a very large dead tree from backyard. They arrived on schedule, listened to all of my directions carefully, got the job done quickly, and did a great job of cleaning up. Do your research before using this company. Their accreditation was revoked from the Better Business Bureau for the lack of professionalism. We had a terrible experience and hope to prevent anyone from the frustration. You can tell by the owners’ response to critical online reviews that they treat their customers poorly. Any positive reviews are likely because nothing went wrong. If they make a mistake, you will be blamed for it.
