I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment as requested. I had preregistered and was seated in lobby. Within a few minutes got called back to exam room and vitals were taken. In just a few minutes Dr. Nettleton came in and we discussed my diabetic issues. Question and answers for about 10 minutes or so. All questions were answered in a way I could clearly understand.
