I had a pool valve leak and I called Primary Pools. They answered the phone promptly and were able to schedule me for a free estimate right away. They showed up on time as promised and my problem was fully fixed within 24 hours from when I called them. The price was very reasonable and the tech was professional and had a vast knowledge of how the pool works & they were able to take the time to answer all of my questions. Dillion was our general contractor for a repair and remodel of our 40yr old pool including pebble stone, coping, paving stones, drainage, BBQ, and new equipment. It included all the infrastructure work for electrical and gas. He did outstanding work bringing in multiple specialists for each stage of the project. The pool was completed early and on budget except for found problems including the unrepairable drainage system and the electrical panel which was out of code.
