I have been a long time, multi pet client. Recently I have been unimpressed by their service. I spent almost 2 months trying to get my cat scheduled for a spay. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with the current pandemic. Now I have called multiple times to try and get my dog in for an ear issue. 3 days in a row I've gotten their voicemail only to find it is full so I can't leave a message. Absolutely love primary pet care, mostly because of the great care, but also for the convenience of walk in appointments. However, today was the second time I have loaded my very difficult cat into the carrier… To find that the clinic is closed. I checked the website and Facebook page prior to driving to the clinic, and it was not posted anywhere. Holiday hours state thanksgiving and Friday after.
The staff was very compassionate

Dr. Hong & staff were extremely nice, professional & thorough with the examination & treatment of my kitty. It’s also great that they have walk-in hours on Sat. Highly recommend

My dog was a current patient here. I’ve been leaving messages for two days that my dog needed to be seen right away and have gotten no call back. We have decided to find another Vet today since we have been left stranded.
