Horrible Customer Service – I called the office for clarification on a date on a document. The staff member that took the call was helpful at first, but then did not know how to proceed, so they put me on hold. The staff member then picked the line back up and began to ye'll at me. It was unecessary and uncalled for. I only asked for date clarification and the staff member completely lost it over the phone.
