This Dr office is terrible and I mean terrible. I was subscribed two medications by the Dr and my pharmacist only received one. I called the Dr office to get something so simple handled but the front office gave me a run around for a week straight for medication. I’m glad it wasn’t like or death medication or I’ll be dead now. They gave me the same excuse over and over again. I had to make another appointment just to see the Dr again to tell him send in the medication. Please don’t waist your time here .
Muy decepcionados con la experiencia de hoy. Mi mama tenia una cita programada con anticipacion para las 11:00 a.m. con el Dr. William Peña en Pembroke Pines. Al llegar, la recepcionista le informo que tenia ocho pacientes por delante y que el doctor tarda aproximadamente 40 minutos con cada paciente. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, you do not have to look anymore. Dr. Issa is a phenomenal doctor.. His staff is wonderful as well and are so easy to deal with. My boyfriend was recently diagnosed with cancer and subsequently became a diabetic due to side effects of chemo. Jonathan in Dr. Issa’s office has literally been a life saver.
