this is the most unprofessional, unethical clinic i have ever been to. not only does the staff provide inaccurate information regarding the services they offer and the cost of any visit or lab work but they choose to not disclose it and when you contact the billing the department, the representative is not only disrespectful but she is rude and raises her voice and tells you you should be aware of how the clinic works.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this practice. I found multiple serious inaccuracies in my medical record, including diagnoses that do not reflect my history. Despite being told they were corrected, I later discovered they were still present in records sent to another provider, along with other incorrect clinical notes. I used to like Primary Medical Physicians, I can no longer recommend them. My doctor is fantastic, but the office staff and billing have left me completely disappointed with this place. Without going into too much detail, too many empty promises and a poor level of follow through when trying to deal with any issue.
