This is by far the worst medical office experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying for almost five months to get a medication approved. The staff repeatedly says they will complete the required steps, but nothing ever gets done. Every time I call, I’m told the issue will be “escalated,” yet it never gets resolved and no one ever calls me back.
