Dr Catignas is really good but I had to leave my last appointment after waiting for an hour to be seen. Then this appt today I had to wait 45 mins after my appt time to be seen.The medical assistants don’t return calls when you leave messages about medications or letters.It seems management is non existent here. The visit itself isn’t even 15 mins so you’re essentially spending 2 1/2 hrs at the office to only be seen for 15 mins. If I could leave no stars I would. While Dr. Castellanos seemed competent, the rest of the office staff is totally incompetent from office managers to Maria, who is supposed to do my prior authorization for my medication. She submitted it incorrectly. I had to call to explain how to submit it and they claimed it was submitted August 15th and it still hasn't been submitted. This was the most efficient doctor’s appointment I’ve ever had. There was no wasted time—everything moved smoothly from check-in to registration as a new patient, screening, and being seen by the doctor, all within an hour. Dr. Sharon is incredibly personable and knowledgeable. We had a meaningful, candid conversation about my health, and I truly appreciated her honesty and insight. Highly recommend!
