If you want to see how “efficient” this office really is, I encourage you to come to your own conclusions. I’m attaching screenshots (with dates) showing how many times I’ve called about an issue that I’m now expected to pay for, even though it was caused by their own error. Despite repeated follow-ups, the problem remains unresolved. Very frustrating experience and a clear lack of accountability!!!
Going to this office has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. The level of irresponsibility is extremely disappointing. They make mistakes, yet you are the one who ends up paying for them… literally. There is no accountability, no real effort to correct their errors, and no support when issues arise. Instead of helping, they leave you dealing with the consequences of their own mismanagement. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
Dr Catignas is really good but I had to leave my last appointment after waiting for an hour to be seen. Then this appt today I had to wait 45 mins after my appt time to be seen.The medical assistants don’t return calls when you leave messages about medications or letters.It seems management is non existent here. The visit itself isn’t even 15 mins so you’re essentially spending 2 1/2 hrs at the office to only be seen for 15 mins. If I could leave no stars I would. While Dr. Castellanos seemed competent, the rest of the office staff is totally incompetent from office managers to Maria, who is supposed to do my prior authorization for my medication. She submitted it incorrectly. I had to call to explain how to submit it and they claimed it was submitted August 15th and it still hasn't been submitted.
