Fantastic experience. Sarah and Deanna know their stuff. Aside from sleeping like a baby that night after my massage, I hit the gym each day after and experienced greater recovery each time. I followed that with a round of golf on Saturday, a 5 mile trek, and never felt better. More power, more control, great range of motion. I was not nearly as tired as I usually am after a round. Thanks you 2 for making me a believer!
