Dasia and Melanie have been incredibly compassionate and understanding working with my family. Trying to navigate home health care is difficult at best, but the team at PHC has lifted so much stress caring for my mom. I appreciate the speed of responses as well as the honesty. A special shout-out to Melanie and Dasia, who are my contacts for getting aide care in Grand Rapids. I am recovering after a small heart issue and I hope that the physical therapists from my physician's will get me cleared back to work soon. But meanwhile Melanie and Dasia are terrific in getting me aide assistance. They are always so nice to work with , pleasant and professional , and prompt! When I have a need they get right on it ! Our main caregiver, Shaleena, has been a godsend. With her sunny disposition, she has a special ability to engage with and raise the spirits of my mother. Shaleena knows all the common sense things that make her capable of handling any situation. When Shaleena is on the job, I can rest easy. Melanie has amazed me with her ability to accomodate our scheduling needs and Desia provides such personable service on the phone.
I LOVEEE Dasia! She is veryyyy helpful and brings lifeeee! And Cole’s smile lights up the rooom! They areee great!!
