I highly recommend Primary Home Care, and would give Dasia 10 stars if I could! It’s been difficult to navigate the subject of needing outside help for my parents, who don’t necessarily think they need help. I’ve thrown Dasia some curveballs and she never gets rattled. She is professional, reliable, and truly wants to make sure your loved ones are not only safe, but also comfortable with who they have in their home. A special shout-out to Melanie and Dasia, who are my contacts for getting aide care in Grand Rapids. I am recovering after a small heart issue and I hope that the physical therapists from my physician's will get me cleared back to work soon. But meanwhile Melanie and Dasia are terrific in getting me aide assistance. They are always so nice to work with , pleasant and professional , and prompt! When I have a need they get right on it !
