I did go here before we got insurance but the Dr was great and when I told her the problems I was having she was concerned that she should check for and eliminate one major problem first! So she had me go right then to have a MRI and though I didn’t have that specific problem they discovered a grapefruit size Brain Tumor and sent me straight to the emergency room at Erlanger where I had surgery and if they had not done that test I wouldn’t be here today!!!
The first thing you should understand about this place is that it caters to the low income consumer. They have a sliding scale system that starts at $25 and goes up based on your income. You will need to provide proof of income. If you are not employed you will need to go to the IRS office and file your taxes and bring that in as proof income. This place is a waist of time and money. I went there yesterday as told by the ER DR. the day before and the ER Dr had also stated I needed a MRI for my back (as I have had issues for several years) the nurse practitioner Jamie said I couldn't have a mri b/c I just had a x-ray which isn't true b/c I spoke with the Ins company. She also said they do not write narcotics at which time I told her I wasn't asking for that I was asking for a MRI and a refferal to a back dr. then she proceeded to state there was obviously nothing w... read more
I actually did recomend this place to my friend, I went there to have work done on my teeth and I was very pleased at the results I recieved. The staff were very friendly to me and I got my smile back. Thank you Dr. Perez. The prices were also better than anyone else that quoted me for the work I needed done. This facility saved me around $400. I was so greatful for that as well. but the best thing is, I got my smile back in a very timely manner.
don't bother-facility is restricted from writing anything for pain(?), three hour waits, I went recently for 'immediate dentures', assistant said impossible, teeth have to be all pulled before impression could be made, contrary to what their own dentist told me. Rather than ask the dentist, she just took me back out. Staff really seems incompetent. Sent complaint to facility, no response. waste of time and money.
