Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for a specific test, wrote it on the form, talked to the PA in person about it then 2 days later they called to tell me they don't offer that test. I paid 100$ to urinate in a cup, get my vitals taken (completely unnecessary), and sit in a waiting room for 20min, then talk to the PA for legitimately 2 min. Instead of mailing my sample to the testing lab I now have to drive down and give another sample. How do these "professionals" have a monopoly on primary care. Receptionist at the front desk was kind and helpful, saw a new physician for our sons well check and thought she was fantastic! Thanks for making our kiddo actually enjoy a dr visit. 🙂
