Charging immediate 200$. Then saying that I was overcharged then offering a check in the mail or a void. You took my last 200$ and I couldn’t run my cars again to cover the balance. Now I wait for my check, don’t charge people an immediate 200$ if you can’t give it right back. Rude staff but the doctor was great! If you care about a good experience with your kids don’t come here!
Terrible service. I came in with a 103 plus fever shaking and crying so hard and they only tested me for the flu. Came back negative but they said “because it seems like the flu there’s nothing we can do” and then sent me home. My head was pounding so hard I didn’t even know if I could drive correctly and they did not care at all. Would not go back here. I’m dealing with this two days later and nothings helping.
Dr. Courtney Smith has been an amazing find since looking for a doctor for our family. I have two smaller children and they love visiting her. She is kind, listens, and gets on the same level as the kids. She is willing to hear the issues at hand and work with you, not against you, to find the answers. I recommend her to everyone I know.
All staff was very welcoming and I had a great first appointment with Dr. Miller. I look forward to returning for future appointments!
