Dr. Majors and Shannon Gardiner are both wonderful providers! Dr. Majors did a tongue tie release surgery for my child and even called me personally after we left the hospital when I had a post surgery question. The results of the surgery have been great!
Check in Staff are always pleasant and kind. Shannon is The Best. Kind, patient, involved. She explains test results and procedures. Always asks if there is anything else she can help me with. I appreciate this office.
Very thorough, took time to answer my questions. To make sure I understood what was going on with my Ear and my nose.
The ENT here was an absolute waste of time. I filled out information online of what I was there on paperwork, then again on paper in office, then had to tell the nurse the entire thing, then the doctor the entire thing. They called me back 15 min after my appointment time. The doctor was another 15 minutes after the nurse left. Only to spend maybe five minutes with me and tell me to try nasal sprays and if I wanted my nose to look good to go the cosmetic route because otherwise it’s look bad. Dr. Mathew Mors did my nasoplasty surgery and he has been prescribing my nasal sprays for years. I went in for my annual appointment and he informed me that I don’t need to see him every year to get my nasal sprays renewed, he will just renew it for me. One of my nasal sprays were renewed but the other wasn’t. The office said I need my annual but why would Dr Mors say he would refill it without me coming in every year because he knows I need it refilled due to my nose having a hole in it after the surgery he did on me.
