I had such a great experience here! The staff was friendly, attentive, and very professional from the moment I walked in. The providers really took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and efficient—I didn’t feel rushed at all. I truly appreciate the kindness and respect they show their patients. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent care!
I waited over an hour for my appointment. Unfortunately the power went out and the staff was absolutely unwilling to help. Two gals were helpful but one was beyond rude. I admittedly raised my voice and said 1 bad word. I let it go until a manager called me today and basically said that because I reacted that way I am to blame. This establishment is so unbelievable. There is another immediate care in Caldwell that does DOT physicals and let you make appointments I suggest calling around and avoiding this office.
The service I received was amazing. I really appreciate doc Raul godina and his nurse. They were helpful and understanding.
