I recently stopped by with my sister for a workman’s comp related visit, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I understand the front desk staff may have been under pressure due to high patient volume, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional. Upon entering, one staff member seated in the center loudly announced to everyone walking in that if they wanted faster service, pediatric and urgent care facilities were less busy. Excellent bedside manner from everyone! As much as I hope I don't have to come back, I wouldn't mind because it was such a smooth, seamless experience :) I'm so impressed by the physician's stitch work, it's the cleanest, best set of stitches I've had!
