Dr. Johnson is the most caring, kind, “ listening” PCP I've ever had. I love that he has a sense of humor and appreciates mine! A great patient-provider relationship isn't easy to establish; I have that with Dr. Johnson. He has guided me through a very difficult year and I appreciate him more than I can express. Hillary is an exceptional medical assistant as well. I always feel comfortable with her.
If I could rate a no star I would with the experience I had the other night at this location. First off I had scheduled an appointment online for a 5:15 appointment, I get there and waited a few minutes to check in with one of the front desk gals, when I get called up I told the gal “hello I made an appointment online for 5:15” and she said “okay what’s the last name?” I give it to her and she confirmed first name as Hailey and asked for my ID and insurance and then tells me my insurance won’t go through so she needed to col... read more
