Former employee. I was terminated due to “my services no longer being needed”. I followed my job description, I had perfect attendance, I wasn’t receiving complaints from clients or aides. I was not given prior warning. I was completely blindsided. This company does not care about employees. They cut hours in October with no heads up for the people who will struggle to stay afloat.
