Today at 8:45 am I had a dental appointment there in the university building. A Spanish-speaking dental assistant was quite arrogant and had a more than negative attitude. On at least three occasions she addressed me with quite sharp words, using rude remarks such as: "If you don't mind us rescheduling, I don't care. We'll already charge you for today's appointment, so I don't care what you say." They should choose their staff more carefully because a user doesn't deserve to be disrespected.
Came in with my mom at 12pm, was sitting there waiting for 4 hours to get seen. They dont tell you about the process of who goes back first or when you'll go back. We had people before and after us go in and come back out during that time. They kept telling us we would be next, but some else got called when the time came. They also set up an appointment even if your just a walkin, no one tells you this. Waiting for over 30min to get someone on phone ladies in lobby do more talking to each other than helping lobby full of people you barely get a response when leaving messages if I didn’t have a good doctor there and caseworker I wouldn’t continue going
