I came in today as a new patient and received outstanding care. I really did feel at home. Not only was I heard but the DR understood what I was expressing and was able to refer me and refill what was needed. Thank you again! Definitely will return.
Supervisor was supposed to call me Friday June 13th. Have yet to receive any phone call. It is now Monday June 23rd. My doctor called out the day of my appointment (that was set 2 months prior) I was informed of this change hours before, with no other information regarding when I could be seen next. I understand people have sick days but there are many things wrong. My doctor April was nice enough, the receptionists were kind. This is about Bon Secours and the providers who roll over for them. I realize it’s a combo of Carefirst BCBS and Bon Secours but we all know BS is evil. I’m being billed for services that should be covered. Call me crazy but if your initial annual appointment requires a follow-up, that follow-up should also be covered. What’s more is no one there seemed to know how to enter my insurance correctly.
