Dr. Cheryl Parks just up, left her patients with NO notice, NO follow ups, nothing. The office will not give any information and they told me it would take 3 weeks to have my sons medical records sent to another provider once the "record request" is submitted. Totally unacceptable. Keep your kids away from here!

Dr Parks left the practice but couldn’t leave contact information because of an agreement she signed when she first came to the practice. Since then, there are long wait times and when you call the office you have to leave a message. Very disappointing.
Dr. Parks left the practice, no notification...nothing. Patient abandonment. Then, I got lab analysis done....it has been well over a month and still...no results...no call backs....and last time I DID reach them, they still have not read the results. Unprofessional and morally disappointing.
