I have been going to Primary Eye Care for about 15 years now. This summer while home for a quick visit I went for my annual exam and contact prescription. They mailed my contacts to my apartment, this was a full years worth of contacts so the total exam and contacts were over $600. I had no idea that this shipment would not be insured but didn’t think much of it until I realized someone walked off with my package. Our family have been going to Primary Eye care of Columbia for over 15 years now and have always been happy with them. My daughter went for her exam about 2 weeks ago and ordered 1 full year of contacts from them. These were daily contacts so we are talking over $500 with exam and all. The contacts were shipped and delivered but I guess someone in the apartment complex decided to steal them. Now I understand Primary Eye cannot help this but they refused to do anything about it. Great Place! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I am 65 and have been wearing glasses over 50 years and these are the best glasses I’ve ever had! I can read and not have to pull them off (even though I have bifocals) which is a game changer for me! Thank you soooo much! Return customer here.
Great service, good, competitve pricing. Michael really does take good xare of you. The last time I got glasses there was a issue with a lens chipping and he got them replaced immediately.
