Be very careful using this place. They are about as unethical as it comes. My family has been going to them for 30+ years and they refuse to “take a loss” for lenses for my disceased grandmother. This is even more appaling since we notified them right as she passed and were told they would take care of it and cancel the order. Like other reviews have mentioned as well the receptionist is extremely abrasive too and this place only cares about money and not the patient. My family has been going to Drs. Hinkle & Cash for over 15 years. We highly recommend them for your vision needs.
I have never been more rudely treated, or talked to the way the lady answer the phones did. I called to book an appointment for my daughter, and as soon as she found out that we use soonercare, she immediately became super abrasive and very hateful. She repeatedly questioned me why I didn't have a soonercare card for my daughter, and just the number.
