I took my 3-year-old son here for speech therapy for a stutter in August. They explained the therapy is mainly parent-coaching at this age. After a few weeks, I didn’t feel like I was being trained or supported enough to know what I was doing, so I switched to a different practice. Update: I called their number and was surprised by how serious they took my concerns. While we’ll never know exactly what my wife heard they believe it was a simple misunderstanding and I believe them. They handled this situation delicately and with lots of care. Thank you.

Staff is friendly, service is good. BEWARE- the billing is deceptive. They have you sign a form upfront saying that it is your responsibility to ensure that it is covered by insurance. I did, and our insurance covered the first visit, but not the subsequent. When I called to find out why, it's because our first therapist was covered, but not the second one who we later worked with. We weren't told that we wouldn't be working with the first therapist, and that we would need to recheck the coverage. One might say it's my fault... read more

They sent a 3 year old bill for collection, without ever informing me. How fun!
