Takes forever to simply send a fax to my daughters out of their network physician. When you call you get hung up on, no person ever answers, just push this and push that… I just want my daughters results…. They were promised by Friday… here we are Monday afternoon right before closing and nowhere to be found. What?? Why not?? Just get our results back! “Only if it is an intermountain Dr ordering do we get your results quickly” Oh please… it’s so hard to hit “send” My child is sick, stop sitting on your hands.
My child has had to have a number of x-rays and MRIs and Ultrasounds and everybody is always so nice and they get us in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you for making a bad situation better!
Orders were sent for imaging for my child, was told a representative would give me a call to schedule in 24-72 hrs, no representative has ever called. It’s been 8-9 business days, I’ve left multiple voicemails and no one has ever called me back to schedule. Very disappointed with the service.
