Terrible. Terrible help . I’ve been here since 3 am. It’s now 7 am. Still have not helped us. Have not checked on us either. Nothing.
Nurse practitioner was semi helpful and was told by her they might start antibiotic for "secondary sinus infection". Once the doctor saw my son he was zero help and was told my son's severe pain in his cheek is from allergies. Absolutely ridiculous! Then wrote me allergy "prescription" on a paper towel he got from dispenser... no dosage info... nothing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, truly who does that? We had a great experience this emergency room. My daughter was having a late night croup attack, and she always has a hard time taking medicine especially the steroid needed for croup but the nurses/ doctors were phenomenal, and so patient with her. Thank you!
Incapable of standard care, they clean no wounds. We were there for over four hours. No one care to check his hearing or his sight. No one cared to clean his wounds. Never would return.
No parent ever wants to have the InstaCare doctor tell you to head to Primary Children's. But on the off chance it does happen, I hope you had the most incredible time. I know it sounds crazy - fun in the ER? Yet, it was an amazingly uplifting experience. From the moment we walked into the ER doors to the moment we walked out, we were inspired by the exceptional care.
