No parent ever wants to have the InstaCare doctor tell you to head to Primary Children's. But on the off chance it does happen, I hope you had the most incredible time. I know it sounds crazy - fun in the ER? Yet, it was an amazingly uplifting experience. My room was 3098 ICU
You were told by a medical professional that he is a danger to those he lives with and you released him. Thanks for not caring about our safety!! If anything happens to anyone in my house, you’re gonna be held responsible!! I have documented tonight, including the intake form from the medical professional you ignored. Putting all of us in an unsafe situation thanks so much for your failure to do your job.
Everyone here is so kind, so much empathy and love for the patients. So many facilities for the parents, this place is amazing.
The team was amazing. My son stuck a piece of candy up his nose, he was taken care of in the most gentle and professional way. The doctors, nurses, staff at the check-in - everyone was super nice and great with kids. They even thought of providing some extras like toys, stickers etc., which made the ER visit quite enjoyable!
