We had a great beginning here with Paige. She was very kind and I felt she handled children very well. After she left the facility we were tossed around, they asked my son if he preferred a male or female provider, he stated a male provider is what he preferred. So they scheduled us with someone who then cancelled and rescheduled us twice, and in this instance we were just given to whoever was available. Awesome new program written by Garrett for youth! Welcome 2022 and a change for behavioral therapy for youth. More options. Now we need a trauma informed program to teach teachers/ counselors and schools how to handle these children that need support!
Horrific experience! Dr Mark Schwei should not be working with children PERIOD! I am so mad that my poor son, who was already depressed, left feeling worse instead of better. We waited for 2 1/2 months for this appointment, filled out five hours worth of extensive paperwork, and he was anything BUT understanding and kind. He was emotionally abusive!
