Walked in with no wait. Everyone was very friendly. Excellent care and service. Would definitely recommend.
Before I left the office, the receptionist locked the door so new patients could not enter. It was close to closing but not quite 4:30. I get staff wanting to be done after a long workday, but after I left, I realized that I forgot to ask a question. I couldn't re-enter because of the locked door. I called the office to ask my question, but no one answered the phone. This made me feel very unwelcome after I had just paid a lot of money to be seen. They refused to let me back with my service animal and are incompetent when it comes to the state ada laws
I've always experienced kind and excellent care at this clinic. The physicians are great, always positive and upbeat, and I've never had any issues as far as treatment. Highly recommend!
