The doctors here are helpful, which makes this review all the more frustrating to write. Unfortunately, the front desk experience particularly with the office manager, Pia, has been extremely difficult. Pia handles billing and was completely inflexible when I tried to resolve an issue. Rather than working with me to find a solution, she made the situation significantly more challenging. Run away from this place no worth it of any trust is money making machine #1 I am out of pocket and paid all cash but they wanted to see my kids every 2 weeks for the milking of money when fractures take longer and no need to a lot of visits but the worst is that my child had an appointment in a day we have norovirus and we explained the office we could not attend and they charge anyway , in other words go with COVID, Norovirus or get charged...
My son has been under Dr. Peyton's care for post concussion syndrome combined with complex medical issues and we are incredibly grateful for his knowledge, compassion and calm, clear support. Thank you PCSM and Dr. Peyton for providing high caliber concussion care!
Total fraud.... Stay away. No follow up after a visit. Then charged my credit card without authorization despite being paid in full after my visit. Now a month later billing me for an additional amount. Shameful
