My son has been under Dr. Peyton's care for post concussion syndrome combined with complex medical issues and we are incredibly grateful for his knowledge, compassion and calm, clear support. Thank you PCSM and Dr. Peyton for providing high caliber concussion care!
Total fraud.... Stay away. No follow up after a visit. Then charged my credit card without authorization despite being paid in full after my visit. Now a month later billing me for an additional amount. Shameful
I saw Dr. Peyton for my initial appointment and he suggested I tell my employer I need a standing desk for work to help with my posture, and he’ll provide necessary paperwork if requested by the employer. A few weeks later I reached out requesting the paperwork requested by my employer, and after constant follow-up with their front desk, Dr. Peyton required for me to make a follow-up appointment in order to fill out the paperwork. I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was great. From making my appointment with Rocio (which was sweet, knowledgeable and super pleasant to speak to) to checking in and out. Overall I would recommend PCSM for your joint needs. Glad I got the best experience from the initial conversation.
I've seen Dr. Peyton several times here and he's been great. He takes the time to get to know your situation and does a thorough exam. He has an excellent bedside manner and knows the best treatment routes to pursue. You never feel rushed or unimportant.
