Cuban lady at the front desk of the NEW AVENTURA OFFICE should be banned FOR LIFE from interacting with customer/patients. And the office do not have any supervisor overseeing the terrible service they are providing. I wish I could give cero star!! That would more accurately reflect the reality of this location.
