My kids see Dr. Shrestha and my husband and I see Dr. Bista. We have been really pleased with our care. I was really impressed when I had my fourth child , Dr. Shrestha was there to check up on her. I have have not had that experience with a pediatrician before and that really shows to me the quality of care there.

Get better front desk people. My son missed 2 appointments because nobody could figure out how to enter in his insurance.
First 2-3 appointments were fine. Went in for next visit at 6 weeks and was told he was not on our insurance plan. Confused, we were told to reschedule and they would get it worked out in the meantime because the lady who enters patient info was out.... After going back and forth with them the entire week, nobody at PCPFM gave any effort to help get this resolved. We even had BC/BS on the phone saying that he was active on our plan and sent me documents confirming that...BCBS told me there must be a typo and someone has ente... read more

We are sorry for your inconvenience. Our office policy state we need current/active insurance card on file to process insurance. IF we do not have active insurance card on file , patient is offered appointment but are made aware that they are responsible for full payment at the time of service.
I love Dr. Shrestha! I took my oldest to her when she was a baby and now I take my youngest to her. she's awesome! hopefully I can get my oldest back in with her.
My brother in law sees Dr Bista and he's very good. He's asks all kinds of questions so as to determine the right plan of direction to go to get him better
Dr Shrestha truly cares. She is VERY breastfeeding supportive and helpful. She checks on us after a visit to make sure we are okay! I'm very happy we made the choice to come here!
My whole family is seen here. Dr Shrestha delivers a quality of care to both my children that is the best qe have ever had! She knows my children and generally cares and helps, especially with my son who is autistic. Dr. Bista is an amazing primary doctor, unusual for doctors of today because he spends time with his patients and really listens!
