This office has always been good to us until recently. My daughter needed PT through Campbell Clinic. They forgot about her for over a month before I called to see why she had not gotten her referral yet. I don’t know why this took so long. It has ruined her chance to get the PT she needs in time for her summer ROTC training camp. This dissapointed me and my daughter very much. She worked all year for this and it also messed up awards she would have gotten because of the ridiculous wait time.
10 out of 10 amazing service! They have been nothing but kind to my children for years. Thankyou also to Mr. David, he's a wonderful doctor as well as other Physicians there. The staff at the front desk were very professional and exceptional. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else but to Primary Care Pediatrics. They have done alot and I'm so grateful.
