I had very distressing issue with coding and billing department when they coded standard labs on wellness exam as diagnostic and my insurance would not pay. Never had this happen before and no amount of discussion would resolve for their billing department. I worked in health care many years and have a good understanding of the system and standards.
I love that you guys are so involved in the community but it sucks we have been with you for 12 years of both of my kids births! But when I call for you guys to get my kids in bc they are sick I have to wait two days or more! Which is critical sometimes! And the doctors on call do nothing! Charge you extra to do testing but never get results. I’m going to have to look for new care! Which is sad bc they have known my kids since birth! Taking on too much! The office on Wellington in the past 18 months has not scheduled an appointment correctly or the appointment was canceled. On three different occasions in the past 18 months, Samples that I left for the lab were lost. This type of incompetency is very frustrating for the patient to have to reschedule or return to the office to give them more samples. Very upset with the my experience latley (never had issues before I've been on and off seeing Tara for 3 or so years) I Got a letter yesterday stating I missed 2 appointments (when I rescheduled within the day with another pt) and when I asked them if I was going to occur fifty dollar feet they had said , no , then Upon receiving this letter , it's sates that I missed or no showed a second appointment on 10/ 28/ 2025 (which hasn't even happened yet its the 24 I received the letter the 23) they have now decided to stop seeing... read more
