I was referred to a specialist here, called before hand to make sure they were in network and they were. I should have had a $60 copay with my insurance, my visit was coded wrong and I was charged $200. When I called to see what the discrepancy was with my bill the woman was rude, acted bothered and hung up on me because I was upset about them coding my bill wrong. She wouldn’t listen to me and kept cutting me off during our conversation. Unprofessional and still left with no answers. I will never go back here!
Caution! If you can't use the technology they force you to use instead of a simple phone call, they won't help you troubleshoot. They'll just refuse to see you. Empathy hits a new low! My daughter recently had her tonsils removed and Dr. Keenan’s staff took the time to call us to see how she was doing and offered to schedule an appointment. I was so impressed that she took the time to follow her procedure and call us during recovery. I expected that from surgery staff, but not the Dr.s office. I feel comfortable that I can see my Dr. on all of our visits. My girls and I adore Dr. Keenan and her staff.
Update: After leaving this review, I received a letter in the mail telling me that they cannot give me portal access and need the teenager's email address, which I have already given them three times. They included a form telling me to put the child's email address on the form, but there is not a spot to put the email address. Only the parent's email address.
