Rude and unprofessional business. How do you schedule the incorrect time for a patient and then after I accommodate it for my schedule, you blow me off? 30 mins before scheduled appointment time is ridiculous. Also, tell the women that answer the phone to take a class in etiquette and learn how to talk to people instead of using a condescending tone and hanging up on a patient. I wouldn’t go here unless you want to deal with disrespect and “doctors” who have no regard for patient care.

This is the worst Doctors office I ever been too. No follow up on testing Slow or failed to refill prescriptions Npt doesn't listen poor bedside manner After 10yrs using their different offices. I am leaving them.. Will not ever send anyone there I see why they can not retain Doctors or Np When Megan np and David were there no issues Complained goes in one ear out the other Emailed Elena cmo for Ccap no response as usual
