Issue is not with PCP. They are great. Patient portal just does not work very well. One of my main gripes is there is not a link to provide feedback. I can view my lab results in chronological order but when I print the recosr, the dates arre no longer in order. The Charts app is nice but you cannot change the duration of the timeline.

When my doc retired I was very anxious about getting a new provider. Since I was very young he and the staff have nearly always met my medical needs with care. No one is perfect. I have only had 3 unpleasant interactions in almost 2 decades, and I think that says a lot. My new provider and NP are amazing and have made the transition easy. I am thankful for every staff member I have encountered upstairs and downstairs.

I love their doctors. The ones I've seen I've been seeing my primary care. Dr wrich but thereafter hours service call line... Are rude. And seem like they're just trying to get you off the phone. I work during office hours. And they make me feel like I'm an inconvenience when I call to leave a message for my doctor. The actual doctors. And even docs on call are amazing. But the people that answer the after hours service. I'm really rude and should be replaced

The reason I’m leaving this review is because I was just seen for a strep test at Docs on Call. The PA I had came in, was pretty blunt which is ok, however when I asked her for liquid instead of pills and felt the need to tell her the reason is because I have a hard time swallowing pills she VERBATIM said “I…I don’t care…you could have just told me you wanted liquid.” I was so shocked. I have NEVER e... read more

Went in with my wife for bad abdominal pain. This was after leaving two messages and finally getting a call back. Wonderful customer service. Get in to see a Nurse Practitioner or PA. At no time was she asked about her pain level, how she had been dealing with the pain, how's this affecting you, nothing. Just poke and prod, then told she would be getting a CT of her abdomen. They would send over the order immediately, but they weren't sure if it would be at the Pavilion or at St. Mary's, my wife would have to call to make th... read more
