The care you will receive here is poor. All the clinicians and staff care about is billing you as often and for as much money as possible They do NOT care about people in my opinion or express any kind of compassion toward anyone's situation. All they care about is that you are a customer of United healthcare and they can bill almost $400 a visit for 5 minutes of note scribbling then say "make another appointment" weird UHC has been in the news a bit lately. They took an oath to "Do no harm" but their motto should be "bill f... read more

I was there today and the doctor I went to was Britta Czapla physician and she was really weird at the start I know I didn’t like her but today was the last time I was like No she interrogated me she asked me where I live who I lived with and my foster care past and why and my *rug history and she was very judgmental about it and then she started talking about my weight and I told her I’m fine with my body and she was like well you need more exercise and I was like ok and then she asked me how I got my birth control pills be... read more

Had to leave this practice after our doctor left as they had no other female doctors and now years later that doctor has returned and Primary care refuses to allow us to see her. Any practice that punishes its clients for no reason at all is not one I would trust. Additionally, the response below from the “owner” has no value as it was the office manager that made the decision and they said there is no appealing it.

Issue is not with PCP. They are great. Patient portal just does not work very well. One of my main gripes is there is not a link to provide feedback. I can view my lab results in chronological order but when I print the recosr, the dates arre no longer in order. The Charts app is nice but you cannot change the duration of the timeline.

When my doc retired I was very anxious about getting a new provider. Since I was very young he and the staff have nearly always met my medical needs with care. No one is perfect. I have only had 3 unpleasant interactions in almost 2 decades, and I think that says a lot. My new provider and NP are amazing and have made the transition easy. I am thankful for every staff member I have encountered upstairs and downstairs.
