Keep trying to reschedule a visit which they keep moving (both to which they did not tell me beforehand that the doctor could not see me). Ladies at the reception desk left me on hold for 10 minutes and told me to hold and then said the call cut and when I tried to call back it said the offices were closed. It was 4pm and it says the offices don't close until 6pm. Terribly unprofessional .
